The discovery of a Victorian Mahogany side screen was discovered in a wet and damp garage after sitting there for 40+years.  It was in need of a major restoration. The screen was stripped out and new panels inserted, these had been eaten by many creepy crawlies. The Mahogany had a light wash over with a methylated spirit before being French polished and finished with a dark wax.  On delivery we had an extremely happy customer who couldn’t quite believe the transformation we had done with the restoration of there screen.
